Dasha Maha Vidya (10 main temples)
1) Kamala and 2) Matangi : These are situated inside the main temple(Kamakhya temple). In the inner sanctum there
are two sections. The first 'shrine' is Kamala and second one is
Matangi. It would be technically incorrect to call it a shrine because
there no man made "idol". Instead the temple encloses a natural spring
from which water comes out.
